What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a dental receptionist Strong, working knowledge of dental insurance (comfortable verifying benefits, breaking them down, and clearly explaining them to patients) Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage patient flow efficiently Professional, confident communication regarding scheduling and financialsKey Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and patient communication Verify insurance and confidently explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs Help create a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment for every patient Coordinate smoothly with the clinical teamPay:
$22- 26/hour , based on experience
