Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical records, documenting patient interactions, and assisting healthcare providers with efficient medical documentation.

Duties:

• Transcribe medical records and patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Assist healthcare provider with documenting patient encounters in electronic medical record systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical office procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations regarding patient information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical setting or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency in typing and using electronic health record systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of ER procedures and medical documentation is a plus.
