As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers in various settings. Your contributions will ensure that patient interactions are accurately documented, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care. If you are passionate about healthcare and eager to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What you'll do Accurately document patient encounters in electronic health record (EHR) systems during examinations and consultations. Assist healthcare providers with medical administrative support, including managing patient intake and vital signs. Collaborate with clinical teams in various specialties such as emergency medicine, internal medicine, and geriatrics to ensure comprehensive documentation. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to facilitate precise record-keeping. Support medication administration processes and assist with ICD coding for accurate billing and reporting. Participate in the care of patients across different settings including outpatient and surgical center. Engage with patients to enhance their service experience while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations. Basic qualifications Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy. Familiarity with EHR systems and basic life support procedures. Preferred qualifications Experience in medicine. Background in medical-surgical settings. Knowledge of X-ray procedures and outpatient clinic operations. Previous exposure is a plus.
