Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a full time dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe and Assistant to join our concierge practice. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital support to physicians and medical staff by accurately transcribing clinical documentation, managing medical records, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the medical office. Your expertise will help streamline patient care processes, ensure precise medical documentation, and enhance overall clinic efficiency. Responsibilities Transcribe physician-patient interactions in real-time using ECW (E-Clinical Works) with high accuracy and attention to detail Assist healthcare providers by preparing, cleaning & stocking exam rooms, gathering patient information, and supporting clinical workflows Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and documentation standards Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to accurately document diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans Support the management of medical documentation by updating patient charts, entering data into ECW, and verifying record accuracy Help facilitate communication between patients and providers by managing appointment scheduling and follow-up reminders Experience Prior experience working in a medical office environment or as a medical scribe is required Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems for efficient documentation and record management Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures Experience with medical transcription or dictation software is advantageous Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed to support real-time documentation Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism Join us to be part of a passionate healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care through precise documentation and efficient administrative support. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
