Full time Medical Assistant needed for busy Gastroenterology practice in Lakeview area of Chicago with two locations: 3000 N. Halsted and 2845 N Sheridan Rd.

Duties include:

• rooming/interviewing patients
• transcription
• taking vitals
• EMR entry
• order entry
• rx prior authorizations _radiology prior authorizations
• answering phones
• assisting nurse/doctors as required
• reviewing results with patients
• experienced GI medical assistant or physician preferred Accurate documentation and advanced typing skills with language expertise is a must.
