Busy Orthopedics practice is looking for a Part Time, Medical Assistant/Scribe, to provide assistance to our local travel MD. The Medical Assistant/Scribe will perform as a Medical Scribe and assist with direct and indirect patient care as assigned by our the MD. This position Is for part time local travel, one day in Baltimore, one day in Clinton, and one day in Glen Burnie Maryland, each week. Some responsibilities include

• Provide assistance as a Scribe to the MD. Maintain patient documentation, notes and follow up, as needed. Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels on a daily basis, inspect, sterilize, and maintain/clean equipment in accordance with clinics standards. Participate in any other designated projects or roles as directed by the MD.. Some Benefits
• Part Time 24 hours per week Hourly pay of $21
• $23, plus a mileage reimbursement $$ Work with a professional team of skilled Clinicians. Some Medical Assistant Requirements
• High School or higher level of education Be available to work 9 AM
• 5 PM, Tuesdays in Baltimore, Wednesdays in Clinton and Thursdays in Glen Burnie, each week.

Bi-Lingual, English/Spanish is required. CPR certified a plus Have strong written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills. 2 Years of Medical Scribe experience required 1 Year of Medical Assistant experience preferred, training will also be provided.
