As a medical scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters. The position offers valuable experience in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient medical histories, symptoms, physical exam findings, and treatment plans in EHR under the supervision of healthcare provider.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations in all documentation processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize workflow and enhance patient care delivery.

- Microsoft word proficiency
- Proficient typing and data entry.
