We provide wound care and medical services in community assisted living skilled nursing long term care and residential care settings. You will work directly with providers medical assistants, scribes, nursing staff, therapists, nutrition support and facility teams to help deliver excellent patient care. What Your Day to

Day Will Look Like:

Prepare patient charts and wound care notes before each visit. Round in person with wound care providers. Scribe medical notes and assist with accurate clinical documentation. Assist providers during wound care visits and procedures under supervision. Help organize wound measurements photos supplies and treatment information. Communicate with providers nurses facility staff and administrative team members. Assist with follow up tasks orders and patient care coordination. Support a smooth workflow during wound rounds. Our Ideal Candidate Will:

Have Interest in healthcare wound care geriatrics or direct patient care. Have strong communication and teamwork skills. Have detailed organizational skills. Be comfortable with medical documentation and technology. Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Be professional, respectful and dependable. Have a willingness to learn and while working closely with the clinical team. Have prior patient care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Patient care experience 1 to 2 years preferred. Medical Assistant Scribe CNA EMT or healthcare background preferred. Comfortable working in skilled nursing assisted living long term care or community-based settings. Reliable transportation required.
