Document comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions related to total joint replacement surgeries. Assist in capturing precise descriptions of procedures, including surgical steps, implant details, and intraoperative observations. Maintain organized and secure medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies. Support physicians by preparing documentation for billing, coding, and insurance purposes. Demonstrate physiology and anatomy knowledge to accurately record complex medical terminology and procedural details. Requirements Proven experience in transcription within a healthcare setting or medical office environment. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems used for clinical documentation.
