Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team, part time. As a Medical Scribe, you will assist the physician; performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, symptoms, physical exams, and treatment plans
• Maintain organized and detailed medical records
• Transcribe physician orders and prescriptions
• Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide exceptional patient service and address any concerns or questions
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in medication administration and X-ray procedures is a plus
