Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our clinical team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, which will enhance the quality of patient care and streamline clinical workflows. You will work closely with healthcare providers, gaining invaluable experience in the medical field while contributing to the efficiency of our operations. •

•Responsibilities Assist healthcare professionals by documenting patient interactions, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans. Ensure accurate and timely entry of clinical notes into electronic health record (EHR) systems. Collaborate with medical staff to clarify any uncertainties in documentation to ensure high-quality patient records. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance scribing skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:
Strong attention to detail with excellent writing skills. Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices. Proficiency in using computers and EHR systems.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, such as internships or volunteer work. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
