MedTechs:

Administering medications to residents according to prescribed schedules. Documenting medication administration accurately and maintaining records. Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and reporting to the nursing team. Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required. Qualifications for

MedTechs:

High school diploma or equivalent. Current MedTech certification in the state of California. Prior experience in medication administration is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Compassion and a commitment to resident well-being.
