Aware of the Title 22 RCFE Regulations Receive medications from family, pharmacy or resident. Ensure that each medication has a signed physician's order. Transcribe each physician's medication order onto MAR (Medication Assistance Record) correctly. Ensure that all PRN orders are written by physician according to Title 22 RCFE Regulations. Ensure that all pharmacy labels are written in accordance with Title 22 RCFE Regulations. Medications are poured/passed, recorded, reordered, centrally stored, discontinued and/or destroyed in accordance with Title 22 RCFE Regulations.Caregiver duties:
light housekeeping, dressing/bathing/assisting with restroom, taking from dining room to apartment. Majority of hours worked will be as a Caregiver.QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to write and document in the ADL forms Current First Aid Certification- must have prior to on-floor training
