As a Medication Technician, you'll help ensure residents receive medications safely and accurately while working closely with caregivers and the Wellness Director to deliver exceptional care. Accurately document medication administration and resident observations. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns. Assist residents with activities of daily living when appropriate. Maintain medication carts, medication records, and supplies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Follow infection control procedures and community policies. Qualifications Previous Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living preferred. Must meet California RCFE requirements to administer medications. Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
