  • Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including senior care facilities, assisted living communities, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals.
  • Perform tasks related to senior care, dementia care, and memory care to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote infection control and patient safety. ```Qualifications```
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Technician preferred.
  • Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or acute care settings is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of dementia care techniques and memory care practices.
  • Proficient in medication administration and familiar with different types of medications commonly used in healthcare settings.
  • Ability to phlebotomize and collect blood samples for laboratory testing.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
