Your core skills in EHR systems, medical documentation, and patient care will ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. With premium experience in Alzheimer's and dementia care, you will provide compassionate support to residents. Additionally, your relevant skills in acute care and working with individuals with disabilities will enhance the overall well-being of those you serve. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. Schedule Full Time - SPLIT SHIFT; 2 days 6am-2:30pm the other 2 days 2pm - 10:30pm (4 on 2 off rotating schedule). What you will do as a Med Tech Assist with daily administration of medication to residents Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining support. Provide general nursing care such as vital signs, weights, and monitoring changes in condition. Maintain a safe environment and support resident independence. Maintain accurate MAR and daily logs. Document refusals, reactions, and changes in condition. Communicate with nurses, residents, and families regarding medication concerns or health changes. Ensure proper storage, organization, and disposal of medications. Monitor expiration dates and remove expired medications. Verify incoming medications against pharmacy labels and report discrepancies. Qualifications 1 year experience minimum required Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation Knowledge of medical terminology High School diploma/GED Must be 18 years of age. CPR Certification preferred First Aid Certification preferred Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
