As a Medication Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting resident wellness by administering medications safely and accurately while working alongside caregivers and the Wellness Director to provide exceptional care. Accurately document medication administration and resident observations. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns. Assist residents with activities of daily living when appropriate. Maintain medication carts, medication records, and supplies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Follow infection control procedures and community policies. Qualifications Previous Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred. Must meet California RCFE requirements to administer medications. Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
