Document medication administration accurately. Observe residents and report changes in condition. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Maintain medication carts and medication records. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Follow infection control standards and community policies. Qualifications Previous Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living preferred. Must meet California RCFE requirements to administer medications. Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
