As a Lead QMAP, you will provide hands-on resident care and medication administration while serving as a leader and resource for your team. This position is ideal for an experienced QMAP who leads by example, supports fellow team members, and is committed to maintaining high standards of resident care.

Current Openings Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday 6a-2p What You'll Do Lead by example , providing guidance, support, and mentorship to care team members. Administer medications accurately according to resident care plans, medication orders, and established procedures. Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) . Support meal preparation, meal assistance, cleaning, and housekeeping as part of the resident care team. Help coordinate daily shift responsibilities and promote continuity of care. Assist with training and supporting new team members in medication administration and resident care procedures. Maintain accurate and timely medication and care documentation . Observe residents and appropriately communicate changes or concerns. Promote clear communication and teamwork throughout the shift. Help maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for residents and team members. Follow applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and resident care standards.
