In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and comprehensive care of residents during overnight hours. Your expertise will help maintain a calm, secure environment while providing essential support to individuals with diverse healthcare needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals requiring specialized care, all while working in a fast-paced, compassionate setting. Duties This job requires the qmap to work 12 hour shifts Monitor residents' conditions throughout the shift, including vital signs and overall well-being Document medical information accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with medication administration and tube feeding as prescribed by healthcare providers Support residents with activities of daily living such as mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures Recognize and respond promptly to medical emergencies or changes in condition, coordinating with nursing staff or emergency services as needed Maintain detailed records of patient care, medical documentation, and incident reports Ensure a safe environment by conducting regular safety checks and adhering to infection control protocols Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, , hospital, or home care settings is highly preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner is advantageous Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions such as Alzheimer's is a plus Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high-quality care standards Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and attention to detail Join us as a Qmap and become an integral part of a team committed to providing exceptional care around the clock.
