Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medications and assisting with daily living activities in a supportive and safe environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our residents, particularly in senior care settings. If not Med Certified we are able to train the right candidate. Duties Administer prescribed medications to residents according to established protocols and guidelines. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the caregiving environment. Requirements Current certification as a Medication Aide or similar credential or will be trained. Experience in senior care or home care settings preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to residents. Ability to follow instructions accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
