We are looking for individuals with skill, ability and compassion to join our team and currently have part-time and full-time positions available for our second and third shifts. We believe that taking pride in everything we do for our residents is a calling.
Summary :
Our Resident Care Aides and Medication Technicians will work together with the Health and Wellness Coordinator to ensure that resident care goals are being met, including providing personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to all residents.

Experience :
The ability to read, write, speak clearly and follow written and oral instructions. Must be willing and able to make decisions when responsible for the facility.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Must successfully complete and be current in the following: (These licenses / training are the responsibility of the employee and submitting once a year of a copy of training is required for employment)
HIV/AIDS
In-Service Infection Control/Personal Hygiene Training Alzheimer's Level I/II CPR/First Aid Training Resident Rights ADL Training Elopement Training DNRO Training Other skills and
Abilities :
Must be aware and understand the needs of the elderly. Must be able to recognize unusual behavior and changes in physical condition of residents and report those observances to the Health and Wellness Coordinator. Must be thoroughly familiar with all policies and procedures of the facility.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
