Responsibilities Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and document residents' health status and medication responses. Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding resident needs. Provide compassionate support to residents and their families. Requirements Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
