Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available YourLife of Coconut Creek Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician/ CNA to join our care team! If you have a passion for helping others and ensuring the highest quality of care for seniors, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Safely and accurately administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and community policies Maintain detailed documentation of medication administration and resident status Assist residents with daily living activities as needed, promoting dignity and independence Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and families regarding resident needs or changes Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Current Florida Medication Technician or Med Tech certification (required) Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or a healthcare setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate attitude and commitment to exceptional resident care Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
