The purpose of the Medication History Technician I is to prepares complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.

Hours :

Rotating 8 or 12 Hour Shifts (Evening Shifts (Hours are based on operational needs) Limited (20 Hours/Week) Every other weekend (8 hours shifts, evening shift 3:30p - 12 midnight) & 1 day per week (12 hour shift, 10:30a - 11p)

Petersburg FL Qualifications :

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required. Completion of an

ASHP/ACPE

accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred. 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.

PHRMTECH-R

- Registered Pharmacy Technician required. PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.

Salary Range:

Minimum $19.02/hour - Maximum $30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
