Albany, GA 31721 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and certified Med Tech - Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Medication Aide in the state of Georgia and possess the necessary certification to safely administer medications and provide quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities Administer medications to patients as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any concerns to nursing staff or physicians promptly. Maintain accurate medication records and documentation. Assist with patient care activities as needed, including vital signs monitoring and basic nursing tasks. Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Qualifications Current certification as a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) in the state of Georgia. Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program. Strong knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team. High school diploma or equivalent required.
