Sylvania, GA Join the Pine View Nursing team! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aids to join our skilled nursing facility in Sylvania, GA. As a Certified Medication Aid with Pine View Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the nursing team Monitor and record vital signs, as well as report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices About the
