As a Medication Aide/Manager, you'll be a steady, familiar face for the residents you serve. What You'll Do Give residents their medications and limited topical treatments, under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director Help residents with daily activities based on their individual care plans Watch residents for changes in condition and report them to clinical staff Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being Follow Iowa's medication management rules and Elm Crest's care policies

What You'll Need Required:

18 years of age or older Iowa Medication Manager Certification or Iowa Certified Medication Aide certification Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team

Preferred:
