Swing Shift Lead Med Tech Paramount Parks at Eagle We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Lead Med Tech to join our Assisted Living team! What We're Looking For Previous Med Tech experience required Strong understanding of medication administration and documentation Able to confidently lead and support the care team Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks Kind, patient, dependable, and team-oriented Caregiving experience and knowledge of ADLs Lead Med Tech Responsibilities Oversee medication administration and ensure medications are given and documented correctly Complete medication passes and follow physician orders and care plans Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately Ensure accurate charting, MAR/eMAR documentation, and incident reports Communicate with the Nurse regarding resident needs and changes in condition Help direct and support caregivers throughout the shift Ensure scheduled resident care and two-hour toileting rounds are completed Assist with training and providing guidance to caregivers and Med Techs Help ensure the shift runs smoothly and resident needs are being met Maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents Schedule & Pay Full-Time Swing Shift Tuesday-Saturday | 2:00 PM-10:30
