- All Shifts Hearthstone Village Memory Care
- Kootenai, Idaho Hearthstone Village Memory Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Medication Technicians for all shifts to support residents in a structured Memory Care environment.
- Medication Technicians
- All shifts available (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend)
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities Position Expectations Availability to work weekends and holidays is required as part of a 24-hour care environment
- Reliable attendance is an essential function of this role Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide person-centered care in a Memory Care setting
- Support dementia-related behavioral and safety needs
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and supervision
- Medication administration per Idaho regulations (Med Techs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and task completion
- Promote a calm, respectful, and structured care environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership Qualifications Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Medication Technician certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Memory Care or dementia experience strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
- Must pass background check and meet Idaho requirements Compensation Starting at $17 per hour DOE (Caregivers)
- Starting at $19 per hour DOE (Medication Technicians)
- Shift differentials may apply
