Job Description

Lead Food Safety & Quality Excellence at Litehouse Foods! Are you passionate about food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement? Litehouse Foods is looking for a QA Supervisor to help drive a culture of quality throughout our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll lead quality programs, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and partner with teams across the plant to deliver products our customers can trust. What you will do Lead plant quality programs, inspections, product holds/releases, and testing activities to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and third-party audit requirements, including FSMA, HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making Review and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation to support compliance and operational excellence Conduct routine audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained Serve as a key resource and backup for plant food safety and quality matters What You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or a related manufacturing environment Knowledge of food manufacturing quality systems, including HACCP, GMP, SQF, and regulatory compliance requirements Experience conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective action activities Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations effectively Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment, quality systems, and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
