What You'll Do As a Hospitality Aide, you'll support our nursing and administrative teams by assisting with a variety of non-clinical tasks that contribute to resident comfort, satisfaction, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

Greeting residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assisting residents with non-clinical needs and requests. Delivering meals, snacks, supplies, and personal items. Assisting with room preparation and maintaining resident areas. Supporting nursing staff with routine, non-direct-care tasks. Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members.
