The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) is responsible for administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and Indiana regulations while also providing direct resident care as needed. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing, Licensed Practical Nurses, caregivers, physicians, pharmacies, and families to support resident wellness and safety.
