Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. Day Shift 6a-2p and Evening Shift 2p-10p, Nights 10p-6a, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Must enjoy working with the senior population

Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of administration of medication to residents, as well as assisting residents with general, personal care as needed. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities Administer and document medication according to the organization's policies and procedures. Supervise the self-administration of medication when applicable. Complete and perform all treatments according to policy standards and nurses' orders. Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed. Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers. Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education. Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements Education :
High School Diploma/GED Licenses/Certifications:
Medication Aide Certification may be required depending on state regulations
Experience :
1+ years of caregiving or other related clinical experience
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion in working with the elderly. Detail-oriented.
