We are looking to hire a CMA who has the heart to treat our residents like family and the mindfulness to be a supportive team member. We take pride in providing quality care with a personal touch to our residents. We are a licensed Home Plus with a maximum of 12 residents, specializing in memory care- our resident to caregiver ratio is never more than 6:1. Come work with us where you can make a difference! Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living Document care tasks Take and record vital signs accurately Support dementia care residents with the dignity they deserve Handle durable medical equipment (DME) appropriately Universal caregiver tasks include dietary, housekeeping, and laundry Administer medications per state regulations Requirements Valid Kansas CMA license Understanding the ability to communicate effectively with residents, healthcare team members, and family members Willingness to learn and adapt to individual resident needs Ability to be a team player

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
