Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately. Document medications and resident care accurately. Assist with meal service and light housekeeping duties. Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and fellow team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Active Kansas Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. Current CNA certification preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
