Neuvant House of Lawrence is a specialized memory care and assisted living facility providing individualized, dignified care in a warm and homelike environment. Our team is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for each resident through compassion, consistency, and excellence in care.
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) to join our care team. This role is primarily for Night shifts , with weekend availability required as needed . The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and enjoys working with seniors in a personalized care setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily resident care activities and support the nursing team. Measure and record vital signs and assist with medications according to regulations. Document resident information and care using PointClickCare . Maintain clean, organized care and living spaces. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care staff. Provide weekend support as scheduled or needed.
Requirements:
Current CMA certification in the state of Kansas. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in memory care or assisted living preferred. Familiarity with PointClickCare is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
Weekend coverage on a rotating or as-needed basis
