Full Job Description Role Overview:

As a Medication Aide/Med Tech, you are responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents accurately and safely, ensuring dignity and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document medication administration promptly in MAR/TAR Monitor residents during and after medication passes, observing symptoms and responding to concerns Report refusals or health changes immediately Maintain medication carts and rooms in a clean, organized manner Complete narcotic counts as per policy and adhere to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma/GED and age 18+ Medication Administration certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred experience in senior care
