What You'll Do Administer medications as authorized and in accordance with orders, policy, and scope of practice. Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nurse. Document medication administration accurately and on time. Support residents with care needs and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other team members. What You'll Bring Active Kansas Certified Medication Aide certification. Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
