What You'll Do Safely administer medications in accordance with Kentucky regulations and physician orders Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Document medication administration accurately Support residents living with dementia using patience, compassion, and person-centered approaches Work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide exceptional care Help create a calm, engaging, and welcoming household environment Qualifications Qualifications
