Job Description
Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) to join our dynamic team at Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky. As a KMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by assisting with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and other designated tasks. Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) Responsibilities Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician, including medication preparation, distribution, and documentation Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Perform other designated tasks as needed to support the delivery of patient care Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) Requirements Completion of a state-approved KMA training program Currently certified as a KMA in the state of Kentucky High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, as needed What We Offer Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) Competitive Pay Commitment Bonus for Full Time Weekend Baylor Pay Program
