This role ensures participant safety, supports independence, and implements care services in accordance with COMAR 10.09.07 and Maryland medication administration regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision to ensure participant safety throughout the day Assist participants to and from the bathroom only Provide standby assistance for mobility and fall prevention Maintain participant dignity, privacy, and independence at all times Medication Administration (if needed) Administer medications to participants in accordance with: Physician orders Individualized care plans Maryland Medication Technician guidelines
