Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Viva Senior Living Viva Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our care team. The RMA is responsible for medication administration while providing quality, respectful care to our residents. Responsibilities Administer and document medications accurately. Monitor residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them to nursing leadership. Obtain and document vital signs as needed. Assist residents with daily care and activities as needed. Maintain accurate resident documentation and medication records. Follow infection control, HIPAA, safety, and resident-rights requirements. Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies. Work cooperatively with residents, families, and team members. Perform additional resident care duties as assigned. Qualifications Current RMA/Medication Technician certification as required by the state. High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior assisted living or memory care experience preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and professional. Able to meet the physical requirements of the position. Must complete required health screenings, background requirements, training, and competencies.
