What You'll Do

Administer Medications:

Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.

•

Maintain Accurate Records:

Document medication administration clearly and correctly.

•

Monitor Well-Being:

Observe residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.

•

Support Daily Living:

Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.

Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Bring

•

Maryland Medication Technician Certification:

Current Medication Technician certification through the Maryland Board of Nursing is required.

•

Communication Skills:

Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.

Detail:

Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.

•

Basic Computer Skills:

Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
