Requirements
- Spanish speaking required
- Current Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required
- Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or personal care experience preferred
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently in a client's home
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
