Twin Oaks Assisted Living in Williamsport, Maryland is seeking a Medication Technician to join our team. The Medication Technician assists the licensed nurse (RN/LPN) in providing safe and ethical care for the residents, administering prescribed drugs, and completing other delegated nursing tasks allowed by state law: Delivering routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription to patients under direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Document medication administration and observe residents for drug interactions and report any problem to the nurse. Performs tasks associated with medication administration, including patient vital signs, calculate medication dosages and stock the medication cart. Assists the nurse in providing care to the residents, which includes observation and reporting of resident needs. Respond to resident call lights and provide
