As a Lead Medication Aide/Med Tech, you serve as the shift-level clinical leader ensuring safe medication administration, documentation accuracy, and team accountability.

What You'll Do:

• Administer medications following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR and complete narcotic counts
• Monitor for refusals, PRNs, and resident condition changes
• Verify new orders and reconcile physician directives
• Lead shift crossovers and support staffing coverage
• Mentor and coach Medication Aides/Med Techs
• Maintain medication cart, room compliance, and infection control standards
• Communicate concerns to Wellness Nurse/RCD promptly You are both a working Med Tech and a frontline leader protecting resident safety while modeling clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 1+ year experience in senior care

Senior Living Pay Range:
