Full-Time Day Shift & Weekend Baylor Shifts Available Pay :
$19.00 to $24.64/hr. base rate (based on experience and credentials)

Shift differentials Weekend differentials Weekend Baylor position Join Our Team The Cedars is hiring experienced Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) and Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are seeking dependable professionals who are committed to supporting seniors with dignity, respect, and independence while delivering high-quality care in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Administer medications in accordance with Maine state regulations and community policies (CRMA) Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate, person-centered care and emotional support Monitor resident well-being and report changes in condition Support resident engagement, activities, and daily routines Follow individualized care plans Maintain accurate documentation and records Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment Required Qualifications Valid Maine 40-Hour CRMA Certification (for CRMA applicants) Minimum one year of assisted living, direct care, healthcare, senior care, or long-term care experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable attendance and professional work ethic Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification Memory care or dementia care experience Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Knowledge of resident-centered care practices Strong teamwork and customer service skills Why Join The Cedars?
