3rd Shift Medication Technician / Caregiver

Responsibilities Safely administer medications and treatments following physician orders, including oral, topical, injectable, and tube feeding procedures. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) or EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Assist residents with nightly activities including mobility, personal hygiene, grooming, and nutrition to promote independence and comfort. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies. Support residents with specialized needs such as catheter care, wound management, and dementia or Alzheimer's care strategies. Collaborate with Administration and Health and Wellness staff to assess patient conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly.
