In This Role You Will:

Distribute medication and provides treatments, personal care and assists with activities of daily living for elderly residents Order medications. Stores, distributes and documents all prescription and over the counter medication given to residents per protocols and as ordered by the physician Communicate appropriate information to family members Provide treatments, changes dressings, checks blood sugars, oxygen and vitals and other medical interventions according to physicians orders Maintain all necessary documentation and charting in a timely and accurate manner Assume the role of Care Partner (resident aide) as needed Take direction from Supervisor, asks for help when needed, supports team members Report changes in conditions or behaviors to nurses in a timely manner

Shift Details:

We are primarily hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. We do not have 1st shift openings at this time. Shift hours are 3:00pm - 11:00pm and 11:00pm - 7:00am.
